Welcome to Hader! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hader application, website, and related services provided by Hader Delivery App ("we," "us," or "our") operating in Koura, Lebanon.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Services

Hader provides a platform connecting users with local restaurants and shops for delivery services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective merchant. Currently, Hader operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You agree to pay the full amount specified at the time of order delivery.

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver your orders lightning fast. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather, traffic, and merchant preparation times. We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
